Main Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings:
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley (dried) or 2 tbsp fresh
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, olive oil, and parsley.
- Shape Meatballs: Take a heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture and shape it into a ball. Place the meatballs on a parchment-lined sheet.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the Air Fryer to 400F. Line the basket with foil or cooking spray and place the meatballs inside.
- Air Fry: Air fry the meatballs for 10 minutes or until browned, flipping halfway through. Ensure they reach an internal temperature of 165F.
- Warm and Serve: Once all meatballs are cooked, warm them in the Air Fryer for a few minutes. Serve with marinara sauce.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave.
- To freeze, place meatballs on a parchment-lined sheet, freeze, then transfer to a ziplock bag for up to 3 months.
- To cook from frozen, air fry for about 12 minutes until cooked through.
