Chicken Thighs:
- 7-8 bone-in chicken thighs
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted garlic powder
Marinade:
- 1/2 tablespoon Coastabile olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Remove chicken from the package, wash, and place into a large bowl. Remove excess water.
- Marinate: Coat the chicken with oils, honey, coconut aminos, lime juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well and transfer to a ziploc bag. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Cook: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Coat tray with oil. Place chicken thighs skin down, ensuring space between each. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for 8 minutes. Check internal temperature until 165°F.
Notes
- For extra flavor, brush marinade onto chicken thighs when flipping.
