This Air Fryer Honey Garlic Chicken recipe is a delicious and easy way to prepare juicy chicken thighs with a sweet and savory glaze. Marinated in a flavorful mixture of honey, garlic, and coconut aminos, these chicken thighs are air-fried to crispy perfection.


Ingredients

Chicken Thighs:

  • 7-8 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon roasted garlic powder

Marinade:

  • 1/2 tablespoon Coastabile olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Remove chicken from the package, wash, and place into a large bowl. Remove excess water.
  2. Marinate: Coat the chicken with oils, honey, coconut aminos, lime juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well and transfer to a ziploc bag. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  3. Cook: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Coat tray with oil. Place chicken thighs skin down, ensuring space between each. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for 8 minutes. Check internal temperature until 165°F.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, brush marinade onto chicken thighs when flipping.
