Description

These Bang Bang Chicken Bites are a delicious and spicy twist on classic chicken bites, coated in a flavorful sauce and topped with chives and red pepper flakes.

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 tbsp sriracha

Additional Toppings:

  • Red pepper flakes, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Start by preheating your air fryer or oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Prepare Chicken: Trim the chicken breasts, removing any fat or tendons, and cut them into even bite-sized pieces.
  3. Season Chicken: In a large bowl, combine salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning. Add the seasonings to the chicken, mixing well to coat.
  4. Make Bang Bang Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, mayo, and sriracha to create the bang bang sauce.
  5. Coat Chicken: Pour half of the sauce over the seasoned chicken and mix until each piece is coated.
  6. Cook Chicken: Place the chicken bites on a lined sheet pan and cook in the air fryer or oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
