Pasta:
- 8 ounces of pasta
Beef Ragu:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 sweet onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon instant bouillon cube (chicken or beef)
- 1 (15-ounce) can marinara tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
