Cookie Dough:
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- Pinch salt
- 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
Assembly:
- 1 pkg fudge brownie mix, baked and cooled
- 1 pkg Candiquik or chocolate almond bark
Instructions
- Make Cookie Dough: In a stand mixer, cream butter and sugars. Add milk, vanilla, flour, and salt. Stir in 1 cup of mini chips.
- Form Dough Balls: Drop rounded tablespoon-sized balls of dough on a baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour.
- Prepare Brownies: Cut brownies into squares. Flatten a square and wrap around a cookie dough ball.
- Freeze: Chill wrapped balls for 30 minutes.
- Coat: Dip truffles in melted chocolate, decorate with mini chips, and chill.

- Extra cookie dough can be used for cinnamon rolls or other treats.
