Description

Indulge in the ultimate treat with these Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs. A decadent fusion of cookie dough, brownie, and chocolate, these bite-sized delights are perfect for any sweet tooth craving.


Ingredients

Cookie Dough:

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chips

Assembly:

  • 1 pkg fudge brownie mix, baked and cooled
  • 1 pkg Candiquik or chocolate almond bark

Instructions

  1. Make Cookie Dough: In a stand mixer, cream butter and sugars. Add milk, vanilla, flour, and salt. Stir in 1 cup of mini chips.
  2. Form Dough Balls: Drop rounded tablespoon-sized balls of dough on a baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour.
  3. Prepare Brownies: Cut brownies into squares. Flatten a square and wrap around a cookie dough ball.
  4. Freeze: Chill wrapped balls for 30 minutes.
  5. Coat: Dip truffles in melted chocolate, decorate with mini chips, and chill.

Notes

  • Extra cookie dough can be used for cinnamon rolls or other treats.
