- Melt the Base: In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds.
- Mix and Melt Further: Stir the mixture to begin combining. If not fully melted, return to the microwave for another 15 seconds. Stir again. Repeat short bursts and stirring until the mixture is thoroughly melted and smooth.
- Add Flavor & Pecans: Stir in the vanilla extract and chopped pecans until evenly distributed throughout the chocolate mixture.
- Prepare the Pan: Line a baking dish with parchment paper to ensure easy removal of the fudge once set.
- Pour and Swirl: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Drizzle the thick caramel sauce in lines over the top of the fudge, then use a knife to gently swirl the caramel into the surface for a marbled effect.
