  • 2 large eggs, room temperature preferred

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (or substitute additional regular chocolate chips)

Instructions
