Instructions

- Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Add the all-purpose flour, ground ginger, baking soda, and ground cinnamon. Mix on low speed or fold by hand just until the dough comes together. Refrigerate the dough until it firms up.
- Prepare Oven and Baking Sheets: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Shape and Roll Cookies: Roll the dough into balls about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, then roll each ball in granulated sugar to coat.
