Description

Ingredients

Avocado Mousse:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup (add more if you like it sweet)
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or alternative plant-based milk
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

To Serve:

  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • Raspberries to serve (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut open and deseed avocados: Scoop flesh out with a spoon and place into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add ingredients: Add cacao, maple syrup, milk, vanilla, and salt into the food processor.
  3. Melt chocolate: Melt the chocolate and add to the other ingredients.
  4. Blend: Blend all ingredients until completely smooth, pushing down the sides with a spatula for a silky consistency.
  5. Serve: Divide into jars, refrigerate for 30-60 minutes, then top with raspberries before serving.
