  • 1 1/2 cups (12 ounces or 340 grams) cold vanilla custard ice cream
  • 1/3 cup (2.65 ounces or 75 grams) cold whole milk
  • 5 Tablespoons (1 ounces or 28 grams) salted honey kataifi
  • 2 Tablespoons (1 ounce or 28 grams) pistachio cream

Garnish:

  • 5 Tablespoons (1 ounces or 28 grams) salted honey kataifi
  • 1 Tablespoon raw shelled pistachios, roughly chopped into 1/2- to 1-inch pieces

Instructions

  1. Make the chocolate magic shell: Place chocolate in a double boiler or heatproof bowl over simmering water. Melt chocolate, then whisk in canola oil.
  2. Line the milkshake cup with chocolate magic shell: Pour into cup and rotate to coat sides. Freeze.
  3. Make the salted honey kataifi: Melt butter, add honey and salt, then coat kataifi in the mixture until golden brown.
