  • 1 cup of heavy cream – to whip
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of JELLO – Berry blue
  • 1 Tablespoon of JELLO – Cherry
  • 1 Tablespoon of JELLO – Lemon
  • Water
  • Berry Blue – JELLO
  • Cherry – JELLO
  • Lemon – JELLO
  • Cotton Candy

Instructions

  1. Crust Preparation: Crush graham crackers, mix with sugar and melted butter, press into pans and freeze.
  2. Whipped Cream: Whip heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks, chill.
  3. Cheesecake Filling: Blend cream cheese, sugar, and whipped cream, chill.
  4. JELLO Preparation: Dissolve Berry Blue, Cherry, and Lemon JELLO separately in hot water, cool.
  5. Layering: Mix JELLO with cheesecake filling for each flavor, layer in pans, freeze.
  6. Setting: Freeze for 4 hours, decorate with cotton candy before serving.
