  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons / 57 g) cowboy butter, divided
  • 3/4 cup (178.5 g) heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • lemon slices, for garnish
  • parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook Linguine: Boil salted water, cook linguine until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. Cook Chicken: Sear seasoned chicken in oil until golden brown. Add 2 tablespoons cowboy butter and cook until done.
  3. Make Sauce: Reduce heat, add remaining cowboy butter, heavy cream, garlic salt, and red pepper flakes. Stir until creamy.
  4. Combine: Toss cooked linguine and chicken in the sauce. Add lemon juice and mix well.
