For the Cucumber Mint Cooler:
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 2-3 handfuls of ice
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 green apple, cored and sliced
- 1/4 cup 100% pure honey (or other sweetener of choice)
- Juice of one lime (about 2 tablespoons of juice)
- Several fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Add the ingredients to a high-speed blender: Add water, ice, cucumber, apple, honey, lime juice, and mint leaves to the blender in the order listed.
- Keep refrigerated for 2-3 days: Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
Blend until smooth. If grinding the mint leaves into the drink, add them now. If infusing, add the leaves to the finished drink and refrigerate for a few hours before serving. Remove leaves before consuming.
