Main Components
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 4 slices American cheese
Condiments & Toppings
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 16 sliced pickles
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook Ground Beef: In a large pan over medium heat, add the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until the beef is no longer pink, then set aside.
- Prepare Tortillas: Stack the tortillas on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 20-25 seconds to make them pliable.
- Assemble Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat and spread with a thin layer of mayo and ketchup. Add 4 pickle slices, 1 slice of cheese, and about ½ cup of cooked ground beef. Wrap up each tortilla like a burrito, making sure to fold in the sides. Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Air Fry Wraps: Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Add the wraps and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown. Brush with additional melted butter if desired.
- Serve: Let cool slightly, cut in half if desired, and enjoy!
Notes
- Use warm tortillas to prevent them from breaking when folding – don’t skip this step!
- Be sure to use large burrito-sized tortillas for easier rolling.
- Shake off excess juice from pickles before adding to prevent soggy tortillas.
- These wraps are best enjoyed right away but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Cook times may vary depending on your air fryer model, so adjust as needed.
