Main Ingredients
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 1 lb ground pork sausage
- 1 lb ground spicy pork sausage
- 16 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
-
Optional Dipping Sauces
- Honey Mustard
- Creamy Sweet Chili Sauce
- Ranch Dressing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside while you prepare the sausage balls.
- Mix all ingredients. In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick, ground pork sausage, ground spicy sausage, grated cheddar cheese, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Use a hand mixer or a stand mixer with a paddle attachment to beat everything together until fully combined and the mixture is uniform.
- Shape the sausage balls. Use a large cookie scoop to portion the mixture and roll each scoop with your hands into golf ball-sized balls. Place each ball onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart to ensure even cooking.
- Bake. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and the sausage is completely cooked through. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
- Serve. Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauces such as honey mustard, creamy sweet chili sauce, or ranch dressing.
Notes
- Make Ahead: Prepare the uncooked balls, store covered in the fridge for up to 24 hours, and bake as needed.

- Leftovers: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for 3 months.
- Reheat: For best texture, reheat in oven or air fryer. Microwave in 30-second intervals if needed.
