- 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
- Crunchy canned chow mein noodles (for garnish)

Instructions
- Make the dressing
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, rice wine vinegar, sweet chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, sriracha, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Whisk together until smooth and creamy. This will be the flavorful base of your slaw. - Prepare the slaw ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, add the slaw mix, thinly sliced scallions, and toasted sliced almonds. Toss them together lightly to ensure an even mix. - Combine slaw and dressing
Pour the prepared dressing over the slaw ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly to evenly coat the slaw with the dressing. The creamy dressing will bind the ingredients together beautifully. - Chill the slaw
Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge. Let the slaw chill for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together perfectly. - Garnish and serve
Just before serving, garnish the slaw with additional scallions, crunchy chow mein noodles, and sesame seeds. Serve chilled and enjoy!
