- 1 cup butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Heat your oven to 350°F (177°C) to prepare for baking the monkey bread.
- Prepare Pan: Lightly grease a cake or fluted bundt pan to prevent sticking and make removal easy.
- Mix Cinnamon Sugar: In a large Ziploc bag, combine the 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon to create the cinnamon sugar coating.
- Prepare Dough: Separate the dough from the 2 cans of Grands Cinnamon Rolls and cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
- Coat Dough Pieces: Place the dough pieces into the cinnamon sugar mixture bag, seal the bag, and shake well to evenly coat each piece with the cinnamon sugar.
- Arrange in Pan: Remove coated dough pieces from the bag and arrange them evenly in the prepared bundt pan.
- Make Butter Brown Sugar Mixture: In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of firmly packed brown sugar and 1 cup of melted butter until combined.
- Pour Mixture Over Dough: Pour the brown sugar and butter mixture evenly over the arranged cinnamon roll pieces in the pan.
- Bake: Bake the monkey bread for 28 to 32 minutes or until it turns golden brown and is no longer doughy in the center.
- Cool and Serve: Let the monkey bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, carefully invert onto a serving plate. Pull apart to serve warm. Optionally, drizzle with icing from the Grands Cinnamon Rolls for extra sweetness.
