This Easy Ravioli Lasagna is a simple and delicious twist on traditional lasagna using cheese-filled ravioli. Layers of marinara sauce, ravioli, and gooey cheese make this a family favorite.

For the Lasagna:
- 2 (25 oz) jars marinara sauce
- 40 oz frozen cheese ravioli (or beef or spinach cheese)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
For Garnish:
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil leaves, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Layer: Spread half a jar of marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish. Add half of the ravioli, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve: Let it rest for 5 minutes, garnish with basil, and serve warm.
Notes
- Tip: No need to precook the ravioli, use them frozen.
- Storage: Cool completely, store in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
