Description

This Easy Ravioli Lasagna is a simple and delicious twist on traditional lasagna using cheese-filled ravioli. Layers of marinara sauce, ravioli, and gooey cheese make this a family favorite.


Ingredients

For the Lasagna:

  • 2 (25 oz) jars marinara sauce
  • 40 oz frozen cheese ravioli (or beef or spinach cheese)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

For Garnish:

  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil leaves, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Layer: Spread half a jar of marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish. Add half of the ravioli, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  3. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly.
  4. Serve: Let it rest for 5 minutes, garnish with basil, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Tip: No need to precook the ravioli, use them frozen.
  • Storage: Cool completely, store in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
