Perfect for holiday parties, this easy, no-cook recipe serves as a crowd-pleasing centerpiece that combines savory, tangy, and fresh flavors with a delightful presentation.

Ingredients

Scale

Cheeses

  • 8 ounces smoked pepper jack cheese, cut into slices and then triangles
  • 1 pound fresh mozzarella balls

Meats

  • 8 ounces sliced salami

Vegetables & Fruits

  • 1 pound grape or cherry tomatoes, sliced in half if on the larger side
  • 8 ounces Sweety Drop Peppers
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into a star shape for the top of the tree

Other

  • 1 pound container of marinated olives (green, black, or combination)
  • 8 ounces olive tapenade
  • Crackers or crostini for serving
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish
  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the yellow bell pepper star: Cut a strip off the flat side of the yellow bell pepper to create a stable base. Use a star-shaped cooking cutter to cut out a star from the yellow bell pepper. If you don’t have a cutter, carefully carve the star shape by hand using a sharp knife to form the tree topper.
  2. Assemble the Christmas tree shape: On a large serving platter, arrange the smoked pepper jack cheese triangles, sliced salami, halved tomatoes, fresh mozzarella balls, marinated olives, Sweety Drop Peppers, and olive tapenade into a triangular shape resembling a Christmas tree. Layer and space the ingredients evenly to create a visually appealing and colorful display.
  3. Garnish the platter: Place the yellow bell pepper star at the top point of the tree. Decorate the platter further with fresh rosemary sprigs to mimic pine branches and sprinkle pomegranate seeds to resemble Christmas ornaments throughout the tree for a festive touch.
  4. Serve: Provide crackers or crostini on the side for guests to accompany the antipasto platter. Serve immediately and enjoy this beautiful and flavorful holiday appetizer.
