Pasta:

  • 1 lb Fettuccine Pasta

Alfredo Sauce:

  • 6 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Italian Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: In a large pot, heat water over high heat until boiling. Add salt and fettuccine, then cook following package instructions.
  2. Make Alfredo Sauce: In a skillet, heat butter and garlic over medium heat. Add heavy cream, reduce for 5-8 minutes. Add half the Parmesan, whisk until smooth.
  3. Combine: Toss cooked pasta with Alfredo sauce, add remaining Parmesan. Thin with pasta water if needed. Garnish with parsley.
