  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Pan: Heat olive oil in a heavy, deep pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and break it into tiny pieces. Saute with onions and garlic until onions are translucent and golden brown.
  2. Cook Mushrooms: Add sliced mushrooms and saute until softened. Allow excess liquid to evaporate.
  3. Add Flour: Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir until fully incorporated, ensuring there are no lumps.
  4. Make the Sauce: Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, adjust seasoning if necessary, and serve over noodles, rice, or potatoes.
