- 1 lb lean ground beef

- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt, adjust to taste
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, adjust to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Pan: Heat olive oil in a heavy, deep pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and break it into tiny pieces. Saute with onions and garlic until onions are translucent and golden brown.
- Cook Mushrooms: Add sliced mushrooms and saute until softened. Allow excess liquid to evaporate.
- Add Flour: Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir until fully incorporated, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Make the Sauce: Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, adjust seasoning if necessary, and serve over noodles, rice, or potatoes.
