Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 1 Pork Kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 Sweet Potato, chopped
  • 4 Small Potatoes (purple potatoes, Yukon gold, or baby reds recommended), chopped
  • 2 Heads Broccoli, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1-2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • Pinch Black Pepper

Honey Garlic Sauce

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard (or Stone Ground Mustard)
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Basil
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare for roasting the ingredients.
  2. Make Honey Garlic Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar, 3 cloves minced garlic, ¼ teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, ½ teaspoon dried basil, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Set aside 1-2 tablespoons of this sauce for serving later.
  3. Prepare Potatoes: Spread 1 tablespoon olive oil on a baking sheet, add the chopped sweet potato and small potatoes. Season with 1-2 teaspoons kosher salt and a pinch of black pepper, then toss to coat evenly.
  4. Add Kielbasa and Bake: Add the sliced kielbasa to the baking sheet with the potatoes. Brush the kielbasa with the prepared honey garlic sauce, except for the reserved sauce. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Prepare and Add Broccoli: While the kielbasa and potatoes roast, drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil over the chopped broccoli, season with ¼ teaspoon salt and a pinch of black pepper. After 20 minutes of baking, add the broccoli to the sheet pan.
  6. Continue Baking: Bake everything together for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until the broccoli is vibrant green and tender and potatoes are cooked through.
  7. Serve: Remove the sheet pan from the oven, brush remaining honey garlic sauce over the kielbasa or drizzle it all over the veggies and potatoes for extra flavor. Serve immediately and enjoy your meal!

Notes

  • Use purple potatoes, Yukon gold, or baby reds for best flavor and texture.
  • To reheat leftovers, place the dish in a 350 degree F oven for 10 minutes or until hot.
