Description

Enjoy deliciously tender corn on the cob with this easy Instant Pot recipe that locks in flavor and juiciness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 4-6 husked corn on the cob
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Add water and salt to the instant pot liner. Fill the Instant Pot liner with 1 cup of water and 2 teaspoons of kosher salt.
  2. Add in the corn, and place the butter cubes on top. Place the husked corn on the cob in the pot and add 4 tablespoons of cubed unsalted butter on top.
  3. Pressure cook the corn. Secure the lid, set the valve to sealing, and pressure cook on manual high for 4 minutes.
  4. Release pressure and serve. Once done, quick release the pressure, remove the lid, and serve the corn with additional butter and salt or other desired toppings.

Notes

  • For enhanced flavor, consider adding herbs or spices to the cooking liquid.
  • Corn can be cut into smaller pieces for easier serving.
