Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 4-6 husked corn on the cob
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed
Instructions
- Add water and salt to the instant pot liner. Fill the Instant Pot liner with 1 cup of water and 2 teaspoons of kosher salt.
- Add in the corn, and place the butter cubes on top. Place the husked corn on the cob in the pot and add 4 tablespoons of cubed unsalted butter on top.
- Pressure cook the corn. Secure the lid, set the valve to sealing, and pressure cook on manual high for 4 minutes.
- Release pressure and serve. Once done, quick release the pressure, remove the lid, and serve the corn with additional butter and salt or other desired toppings.
Notes
- For enhanced flavor, consider adding herbs or spices to the cooking liquid.
- Corn can be cut into smaller pieces for easier serving.
