Marinade:

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Tuna Steaks:

  • 4 (4 ounce) tuna steaks

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Ingredients gathered to make marinated tuna steaks.

  3. Mix marinade ingredients. Mix orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and pepper in a dish. Add tuna steaks to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Tuna steaks placed in the dish of marinade.

  5. Preheat and grill. Preheat grill, oil grate, and grill tuna steaks for 5-6 minutes on each side. Baste with reserved marinade while grilling.
  6. Four marinated tuna steaks being basted while cooking on a grill.
