  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 cups plain yogurt (regular or coconut yogurt)
  • 1 cup milk (regular or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

Mango Puree:

  • 1/2 cup mango (plus more for garnish)

Optional Garnish:

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Oats Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla, and cardamom. Stir until well combined.
  2. Mango Puree: In a food processor or blender or with an immersion blender, blend the mango until you have a smooth puree.
  3. Combine: Stir the mango puree into the oat mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate: Divide the mixture into 4 jars, place the lids on, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
