Bread:
- 2 slices egg or white bread
Butter Mixture:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 3–4 tbsp milk (any type)
- 1 tbsp condensed milk (for garnish)
Instructions
- Spread butter: Spread butter on two thick bread slices.
- Cook bread: On medium-low heat, place one buttered bread slice on a non-stick pan. Sprinkle white sugar on top. Place the second slice on top. Pour milk on top and in the pan. Move bread to soak up milk. Flip when golden brown.
- Cut and garnish: Transfer bread to a cutting board, cut into squares, and drizzle with condensed milk. Enjoy!
