This One Pot Cheeseburger Pasta recipe combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with pasta in a delicious and easy-to-make one-pot dish.

Main Ingredients:
- 455g (1lb) extra lean ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 medium fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbs tomato paste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- pinch of salt and black pepper
- 1/2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs sukrin gold (or another sweetener of choice)
Additional Ingredients:
- 300g (10.5oz) uncooked penne pasta
- 3 cups (720ml) chicken stock + 1 additional cup (240ml)
- 2-3 tbs chopped pickles
- 120g (4oz) cheddar cheese (reserve a little for topping)
- fresh chopped Italian parsley
- Spray oil
Instructions
- Mix Spices: Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Cook Beef: Brown ground beef and onion in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add Ingredients: Mix in spices, tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and sweetener. Stir in penne pasta.
- Cook Pasta: Pour in stock, bring to a boil, then simmer for 12-14 minutes until pasta is cooked, adding more stock if needed.
- Finish Dish: Stir in pickles and cheddar until creamy. Top with parsley and reserved cheddar.
