- 1 cup water
Stewed Peaches:
- 3 heaping cups chopped peaches (from 4-5 medium peaches)
Lemonade:
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 5-6 lemons)
- 4 cups water
- Sliced peaches and/or lemon wheels, for garnish
Instructions
- Make a honey simple syrup: In a saucepan, combine honey and 1 cup of water. Dissolve the honey over medium heat.
- Stew the peaches: Add chopped peaches, simmer for 10 minutes, mash occasionally.
- Cool: Let peach mixture cool, then strain.
- Mix and serve: In a pitcher, combine peach syrup, lemon juice, and water. Serve over ice with garnishes.
