Ground Beef Mixture:

- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
Sauce:
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans Mexican Stewed Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
Instructions
- Cook Ground Beef Mixture: Heat a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook and stir until the beef is browned and onions are translucent.
- Prepare Sauce: Add the Mexican Stewed Tomatoes (with juice) and taco seasoning to the skillet. Allow it to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
