For the Filling:
- 5 Oreos, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 heaping tablespoons (42g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Topping:
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- Prepare the Baking Dish: Line the baking dish with parchment paper and secure with binder clips.
- Make the Crust: Crush 9 Oreos, mix with melted butter, and press into the dish.
- Whip the Cream: Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Prepare the Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, then fold in whipped cream and chopped Oreos.
- Freeze: Spread the mixture over the crust, freeze until firm.
- Serve: Cut into squares, top with whipped cream if desired, and enjoy!
