For the Chicken:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
For the Filling:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare Chicken: Drizzle oil over the chicken breasts on a cutting board. In a small bowl, combine paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season chicken with this mixture on both sides.
